PC film is short for Polycarbonate film. It is an amorphous, odorless, non-toxic, highly transparent, colorless or yellowish thermoplastic engineering plastic.
PC film has excellent physical and mechanical properties, especially excellent impact resistance, high tensile strength, bending strength and compression strength. With good heat resistance and low temperature resistance, in a wide range of temperature has stable mechanical properties, dimensional stability, electrical properties and flame retardant, can be used in -60~120℃ for a long time; No obvious melting point, at 220-230℃ in the melting state; High rigidity, high viscosity of resin melt; Small water absorption, small shrinkage, small creep, high dimensional precision, good dimensional stability, small film permeability; Is a self-extinguishing material; Stable to light, but not resistant to ultraviolet light, good weather resistance; Oil and acid resistance.
PC film wear resistance is poor, solvent resistance is poor, not resistant to strong alkali, oxidizing acid and amine, ketone, soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic solvents.
PC film is divided into: halogen-free flame retardant PC, black flame retardant PC, transparent flame retardant PC, frosted PC, transparent PC, hardened PC, scratch resistant PC, scratch resistant PC, printing PC, optical PC
Our PC film and sheet are mainly used as follows:
